All overnight Faculty/Staff/Grad Assistant/International or Student travel, regardless of destination, will need to complete the University-Sponsored Travel Notification. In addition, University-Sponsored Domestic Student Travel will require trip leader(s)/faculty advisor(s) to submit a student roster to TravelNotification@ilstu.edu prior to trip departure.

After International Travel - CDC - CDC recommends a viral test 3-5 days after travel.
Illinois Department of Public Health – IDPH does not currently have a quarantine requirement following travel.
McLean County Health Department – McLean County does not currently have a quarantine requirement following travel.
